which was brought to Manitoba by the Mennonites in the 1870s. Known for its
light texture and mild flavor, our Soft White Wheat Berries are perfect for baking cakes pastries, pastas,
muffins and cookies. It can be used at a 1:1 proportion with all-purpose flour. Carefully cleaned, our Soft White Wheat Berries are ready to go for home milling.
