light texture and mild flavor, our Soft White Wheat Berries are perfect for baking cakes pastries, pastas,
muffins and cookies. It can be used at a 1:1 proportion with all-purpose flour. Carefully cleaned, our Soft White Wheat Berries are ready to go for home milling.
